もうひとつ気をつけていることがある。それは、企画書をはじめ、書類を一部しか出さないようにしていることだ。その一部をちゃぶ台の真ん中に置き、みんなで覗き込むようにして見る。すると、不思議とそれだけで一体感が生まれる。各自に書類を配ると、全員、その書類に目を落とし、自分にこもってしまうことになる。それでは「協同作業」の場にならず、「個人作業」の場となってしまう。あのどよんとした空気感からは、前向きなアイディア、クリエイティブな発想は生まれにくい。
